The menus and the buttons give immediate access to the functions, by use of a mouse or keyboard. The mimic screen is a symbolic representation of the different functions for operating the particle size analyzer (ultrasound, pumps (liquid mode), laser, vibratory feeder (dry mode),Ö). 

• The software is available in several languages.
• It provides different levels of security, with or without password protection, allowing for use in R&D and production, at the same time :

--> An "Operator" level allows user to make perfect measurement by using SOPs (Standard Operating Parameters - factory or user defined).
--> An "Analyst" level permits programming the SOP's.
--> A "Controller" level provides access to all of the software functions including database management.
• The "Results" dialog box is used to select measurements in database, and to visualize, modify, print, create, cancel, import or export them in an Excelô file compatible format.

• "Processing" of data is used to recalculate the results of measurements. The model for calculation of the granulometric distribution can be made by volume, by surface, by number, by log normal, by Rosin-Ramler, and by calculations according to Mie or Fraunhofer Theories.
• The "Overlay" window includes the "Graphical" and the "result tab". The "result tab" is used to prepare a spreadsheet compatible with Excelô. In a few second you can see the minimum, the maximum, the average and the standard deviation for selected measurements.
